Marmalade

Our range of HomeMade Marmalades with something for everyone. Old favourites like Orange or Grapefruit flavours always go down well as does our zesty Lemon and Lime or how about trying Rhubarb and Orange an older taste that looks to be on its way back to the breakfast table.

Have you ever wondered about the difference between Jam and marmalade?
Well basically marmalades are usually made of citrus fruits and contain pieces of the peel suspended in a transparent jelly. HomeMade sweetness utilise the pulp of the fruit, cooked with sugar to form a thick spreadable mixture. At HomeMade Sweetness we try to reduce the sugar content as much as possible while keeping the taste and flavour our customers expect.

All jars are marked with a Best Before date usually 1 year from jarring – once opened we recommend the product is kept refrigerated eaten within 6 weeks.
